We also provide bespoke-designed workshops and support organisations to achieve their objectives, improve staffs’ insights and skills and to better-support vulnerable clients and make a difference in peoples’ lives.
Two workshops we are current delivering are ‘Avoidance’ and ‘Managing thoughts, feeling and emotions’ both can be used for supporting mental wellbeing either on a personal or organisational level. The workshops are designed to be run as a one off or ongoing means of improving mental well being with staff or clients.
Avoidance Workshop -
Many people develop strategies to avoid negative thoughts, feelings and emotions. Some of these strategies may work in the short term, however have a longer term negative outcome. Our avoidance workshop helps identify these unhelpful thought processes and looks at how we can reduce them in order to make room for the good things in life.
Managing thoughts, feelings and emotions -
This course is aimed at both adults and young people. The intricate process between thoughts, feelings and emotions can be difficult at the best of times. Our course highlights;

Depression, anxiety and young persons support
We provide bespoke workshops to support individuals and organisations such as community centres, schools and youth clubs to achieve their objectives, improve insights and skills and to better-support and make a difference in peoples’ lives.
As well as our ‘Avoidance’ and ‘Managing thoughts, feeling and emotions’ themes, we also have anxiety and depression workshops.
