                                                    Quality and Audit Checks

Our experiences are that services can naturally fall below standards for many reasons, or may require an expert eye to help keep standards as high as can be. We are here to help in a confidential and supportive manner. Our intentions are completely solution focused. We have designed our own auditing system based on years of experience and innovation. We have helped businesses achieve the highest standards in their areas of expertise. Often an outside perspective can help with reflection and service enhancements, it can also help nervous staff prepare and remember key facts. All our Quality and Audit checks are followed up with an action plan of areas identified. We can completely hand this over to management teams or support with their implementation and reviews.
Specialising in mental health support

1 in 4 people will experience mental ill health. More than likely someone you know very well. Due to the stigma and feeling of discrimination many people struggle to open up. With the right awareness, culture and support many people recover from mental health. The path to recovery is personal and each individuals journey will differ. Our training is underpinned by collaboration and is designed on modern CBT frameworks. Enabling people to work in the ‘here and now’ to further reach their potential.

We provide a revolutionary way of approaching mental health as it happens, in a safe and effective manner. We believe all people should have the skillset and tools to address mental health. We appreciate this can initially sound daunting but with the right training and support it is possible for anyone to offer help and practical guidance.

A little bit more about mental health

Mental health will effect us all in some form or another at some point in our lives, many people will experience it directly. Many will have a friend, relative, colleague or neighbour experiencing some form of mental health.

  • 1 in 6 adults will have had a mental health issue within the last week.

  • 1 in 4 adults will have a mental health issue over a 12 month period - that’s likely to include someone close to you now.

  • Mental health overall will cost the UK an average 77 billion pound.

  • 1 in 10 children have a diagnosable mental health disorder – that’s roughly 3 children in every classroom.

  • 1 in 5 young adults have a diagnosable mental health disorder.

  • Life expectancy for someone living with mental health is drastically reduced by up to 20 years.

  • People won’t ask for help due to stigma and fear of judgement, those who do ask for help find there aren't many support options or there are excessive waiting time’s for relevant interventions.
